Product descriptions, specifications, grades, and any prices shown are indicative and provided in good faith. Availability depends on season and harvest. Final specifications, quantities, prices, and delivery terms are confirmed in writing for each individual shipment.
Orders and contracts
An enquiry or quotation does not by itself create a binding contract. A binding agreement is formed only when order terms are confirmed in writing by both parties. Incoterms (such as FOB or CIF) and payment terms (such as LC, DLC, or SBLC) are agreed per contract.
Quality and inspection
We supply phytosanitary-certified produce and welcome pre-shipment inspection by recognised agencies. Specific quality parameters are agreed in the contract for each shipment.
Intellectual property
The content, design, logos, and images on this website are owned by Ansha Exim or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ansha Exim is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, crop failure, port disruption, or regulatory action.
